What Preesy does

You upload a file and get a label (and an optional PIN). Anyone who enters them on preesy.com can find and print the file. It's deleted when the time you chose runs out.

What we collect, and why

When you upload, we store:

• your files, and their names, sizes and types, so they can be shown and printed
• the label and PIN you chose, so the right person can find them
• the time you chose, so we know when to delete everything
• your settings (print-only, one-time)
• simple counts of how often the files were viewed, downloaded or printed

For security reasons, such as preventing abuse, we also process technical data like your IP address.

How long we keep each of these is explained under "How long we keep it" below.

What we do NOT collect

• no account, so no name, email or password
• no cookies for visitors
• no analytics or tracking
• we don't read your files, and we never sell or share your data

How long we keep it

• Files and their details: until your chosen time runs out, then they're deleted.
• One-time labels: a single-use label is removed from the system as soon as it's printed or downloaded.
• Technical data: only as long as needed for security.

Delete it early

Open the manage link you got after upload and expire the session.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top.
